Fenech’s art practice has, of recent, been focused on anthropocentrism and most of the works speak about environmental ethics and ecosophy. The ongoing series ’Shroud For The Sea’, uses the obvious connotation to the biblical Judeo/Christian 'Shroud' and its implication to the dying seas. On the other hand it also implies hope and the ‘resurrection’ of our Seas and hence its contextual ‘Rebirth’. Most of this series is made from photography composites using large format analogue film and digital photography.
